Filipa Mundell

Filipa Mundell started her career as an artist ten years ago when approached by artist and friend Mark Olsen. Mark taught Filipa how to paint in oil and everything he had learnt in the twelve years that he had been painting. Her paintings evolved very quickly and she held her 1st exhibition in 2009. Filipa then worked in an art gallery as an art consultant for over four years and has gained a lot of experience both in commercial and residential. Taking this experience with her, she now paints full time working with a variety of mediums. Her latest works are very modern, colourful and eye catching and as a result are now starting to make an impact on many walls around New Zealand. Filipa is excited about her potential as an artist and hopes you will enjoy her paintings as much as she enjoys painting them.
