Glenda Randerson
Glenda Randerson (1949- ) , an Auckland artist, studied at the Elam School of Fine Arts under Colin McCahon. Her earlier paintings were still-lifes and domestic interiors; later she developed into figure studies. She has exhibited professionally as an artist since 1975. Her work has been included in over 40 exhibitions throughout New Zealand in both public and private galleries. Her art practice has involved two painting genres; still life and portraiture. Working as a realist painter she continue to explore formal qualities of oil painting techniques and the narrative of the object.
