When you place a request to lease through the Website the Art Bureau is notified and a team member will be in contact promptly to assist with final selections, confirm availability of Product and timing information with you. The Art Bureau leasing service is only available to the areas of Auckland and Christchurch. As part of our service the Art Bureau will deliver all leased Products and install on site for a fixed rate of $95 (ex GST) per customer.

 

Many artworks are of a size and nature that discussion with a team member on final selection and delivery options is required before your transaction can be finalised. If you select such a Product(s) for purchase the Art Bureau is notified and a team member will be in contact promptly to assist in completing your purchase.

 

By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Product you have ordered.Product displayed on our website can be purchased using a secure online Mastercard or Visa transaction facility.

We take great care to avoid errors in pricing and Product information. If mistakes do occur, we reserve the right to correct them. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. On occasion a Product available to purchase on the Website may be currently leased or in a lease proposal. On notification of its purchase the Art Bureau will collect the Product and prepare it for delivery to the purchaser. All prices on our Website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST. Prices are subject to change for any reason at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders which we have already processed.

We try to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

 

By using our Website and/or providing information to us, you consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Art Bureau understands its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please call us directly. You will find our contact details on the packaging slip that was delivered with your product. If within fourteen days of receiving your order you are not satisfied with a Product purchased from us we will happily replace it or refund your money.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service team before sending back the item(s) in question. We will tell you how to return items with the return shipping cost paid by you. The refund will only be the artwork purchase amount. Please note we will not issue a refund for any items returned to us if they do not have a returned item number, or if the items are returned to us in an unsaleable condition.

The Art Bureau is also aware of its obligations under the Fair Trading Act 1986 and we strive to ensure that our customers are not misled, either intentionally or unintentionally.

 

The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.

Our Website provides general information about the Art Bureau and the Products we offer. The Art Bureau reserves the right to change, delete or move any of the material on this Website at any time without notice. The Art Bureau shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access this Website. This includes viruses alleged to have been obtained from this Website, your use of or reliance on this Website or any of the information or materials available on this Website, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action. By your use of this Website, you agree that you are using this Website solely at your own risk.
